  • Aktivitetsnedbrydning til maksimum 1-2 dage
  • Sprints på 3-5 uger
  • Backlog og Sprintlog planlægning

Vi bruger LEAN metoder til at undgå spild:

  • Dokumentation on-demand
  • Færrest mulige informationsoverdragelsestrin
  • Visuel software udviklingsmodel

We do Scrum based development with:

  • Backlog and sprintlog management using visual techniques
  • Planned client involvement for progress follow up and sprint reviews
  • Central ScrumMaster to drive the sprints
  • Daily short heart beat meetings for immediate progress and achievement follow up.
  • Task breakdown into tangible sizes
  • Each sprint of 2-4 weeks ends up with a testable result

  • Clearly defined delivery success criteria
