The right candidate must have 6+ years of .NET development and project delivery experience. Some traveling activity may be required once in a while. You must possess proven skills in:

• SQL Server 2005 (Managed Stored Procs/Triggers, Notification Services)
• ASP.NET 2.0 (Web parts, Themes, Profiles, Master pages, AJAX)
• .Net Remoting / Web Services / WS Enhancements
• XML / XSLT / XPATH / XSLFO
• Asynchronous Programming
• Windows Services / Mutithreaded Backend Services
• SDK Development
• MSMQ
• .Net Interop
• Microsoft Enterprise Library

And you must have/be:

• Knowledge and high degree of comfort with development across all application tiers: UI, service layer, business objects, data access, schema/modeling
• Firm grasp of software design patterns
• Must be a senior-level developer; highly motivated and self-managed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing business goals and employ creative thinking to solve problems
• Preference for agile approach: lightweight documentation, iterative development
• BSC/MSC degree from a recognized university
• Experience in the role as a team leader
• Good communication skills
